We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) with a strong background in software QA methodologies, manual testing, and Agile / Scrum development processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to ensure our products meet both organizational and customer requirements.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure maximum test coverage, detect regressions, and contribute to process improvements for continuous integration.

The role requires an eye for detail and a passion for breaking things to improve quality.

Responsibilities :

• Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and functionality of the product.
• Ensure products meet organizational and customer quality standards and product integrity requirements.
• Analyse customer support tickets to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify trends in product quality or defects through data analysis and work to mitigate future defects.
• Author and review test cases based on product specifications and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute manual tests across enterprise applications and supported browsers to ensure maximum test coverage.
• Be a hands-on engineer with strong attention to detail, constantly seeking to improve product quality.
• Write and execute tests to validate feature functionality and detect regressions.
