Field Service Engineer 1

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

1. Serve as a Field Service Engineer.

2.Implement PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, CAMC, ST100, ST200, chargeable services, and ad hoc services under KOB3.

3.Provide system support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communication, system maintenance, and in-house service support.

4.Generate leads for KOB3 business opportunities.

5.Delivery services in alignment with SMO standards.

InthisRole,YourResponsibilitiesWill Be :

• Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base of 200 systems across the Central region.
• Will be allocated 30-35 Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume 200-220 site visit days annually including travel.
• Billing value from allocated sites will be 180-200 KUSD.
• Expected to generate additional revenue of 25-30 KUSD by adding new service contracts in the region.
• Balancing out current Operational Efficiency of the region from 97% to below 90%.
