Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd in APTS, Maharashtra.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of financial products and services.

Bachelor's / PG degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
