Purpose of the Position :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI development, advanced data modeling, and performance optimization.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling end-to-end BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The candidate will also collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, best practices, and efficient analytics delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable BI solutions using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Build advanced, efficient data models with strong understanding of star schema, query folding, and data modeling best practices.
• Write, review, and optimize complex DAX expressions for high-performance reporting.
• Manage and configure Power BI Service environments, including Premium Capacity, Deployment Pipelines, Workspaces, RLS, and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data via ETL / ELT pipelines, APIs, SQL queries, and custom connectors.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing BI solutions aligned with organizational standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful visual analytics.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize datasets, and ensure reports meet enterprise-grade SLAs.
