Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales :
- Drive revenue and profitability through branch-based sales and cross-selling of products.
- Develop and execute branch-level business plans.
- Identify local market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Operations & Compliance :
Ensure smooth functioning of daily branch operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.Monitor risk, audit, and compliance processes; implement corrective actions when necessary.Oversee cash management, branch safety, and administrative procedures.Team Leadership & Performance :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers, sales officers, and operations staff.Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and implement training or corrective plans.Foster a customer-first culture and ensure high employee engagement.Customer Experience :
Resolve high-level customer escalations and queries with prompt and effective solutions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.Ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).7–12 years of experience in branch banking, financial services, or retail operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Skills Required
