Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote GKSP Racking Pvt. Ltd.'s storage solutions across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, coordinating with the sales team, and developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage marketing content, support customer-facing initiatives, and assist in organizing promotional events or trade shows. This role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted marketing plans.
• Candidates should possess Sales and related business development skills to support lead generation, conversion, and cross-functional collaboration with the sales team.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic data analysis or reporting.
• Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial solutions, or B2B environments, is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
