We're Hiring: Backend Developer – Node.js & Observability

Location: PAN India

Experience: 2-10 yrs

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST API development to build scalable backend services and integrate infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Express.js, and NestJS.

Design and develop REST APIs for infrastructure monitoring, application health, and operational analytics.

Integrate Kubernetes clusters using Kubernetes APIs.

Build integrations with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Kafka, and Kubernetes.

Develop real-time log streaming capabilities using WebSockets/SSE.

Implement scalable, resilient APIs with effective error handling, retries, caching, and timeouts.

Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MinIO/S3-compatible storage.

Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and application teams.

Required Skills:

▪ Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

▪ Experience with Express.js and/or NestJS.

▪ Strong knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

▪ Good understanding of Prometheus, PromQL, and OpenTelemetry.

▪ Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure integrations.

▪ Knowledge of metrics, logs, traces, and observability platforms.

▪ Familiarity with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Grafana/Loki is an advantage.
