WE ARE HIRING | MERCHANDISER – HOME FURNISHINGS

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Industry: Home Furnishings – Export House

CTC: 5–6 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join one of our clients at an export house. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Home Furnishing / Soft Goods industry and be capable of independently managing the complete merchandising and production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall production activities from order confirmation to final shipment.

Handle product development, sampling, and new product execution.

Coordinate with buyers, vendors, suppliers, and internal production teams.

Monitor production planning, timelines, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Ensure smooth execution of orders and timely dispatches.

Follow up on sampling, costing, raw materials, and production progress.

Maintain effective coordination between design, sourcing, quality, and production departments.

Ensure buyer requirements and export quality standards are met.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising.

Prior experience in a Home Furnishing / Soft Goods export house is preferred.

Good understanding of product development and production processes.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple orders and production activities.
