Sales Officer Leading NBFC (Home Loan Division)

Locations :
  • Kanpur
  • Bareli
  • Varanasi
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Actively drive sales of home loan products through direct customer engagement and relationship building.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated with industry trends.
    • Provide clients with comprehensive information about home loan products including interest rates repayment options and benefits.
    • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth loan application process.
    • Requirements :

    • 612 months of sales experience preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
    • A degree in any discipline is required.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for client visits.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
    • What We Offer :

    • Salary : Competitive CTC ranging from 17CTC to 22CTC per month based on experience and interview performance.
