Role Summary :
As a Customer Solutions Architect at Zluri, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, driving successful deployment, integration, and adoption of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with clients’ business goals and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales and post-sales phases for enterprise customers.Understand client requirements, business processes, and IT landscapes to architect tailored Zluri solutions.Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and custom product demonstrations.Work with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.Conduct training sessions and workshops for customer technical teams to ensure smooth adoption.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve implementation frameworks and solution delivery processes.Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldExperience : 7-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in SaaS or enterprise software.Soft Skills :
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders.Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, API integrations, SSO, SCIM, and Identity Management platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, etc.).Hands-on experience with REST APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar), and automation frameworks.Understanding of different cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with a solid grasp of data security, identity governance, and infrastructure concepts.Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering scalable solutions that address complex technical and business challenges.Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud, Security, or SaaS architecture domains.Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or ITSM tools are highly desirable.Empowering Diversity, Championing Inclusivity
