React.js Architect

Architectural Design :   Design and develop scalable and maintainable React.js-based front-end architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Technical Leadership :   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.

Collaborative Development :   Work closely with UX / UI designers to translate designs into functional and interactive web applications. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.

Performance Optimization :   Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications. Identify and address potential bottlenecks.

Code Review :   Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and performance. Provide constructive feedback to team members.

Innovation :   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end technologies. Advocate for and introduce new tools and technologies that can enhance development processes and application quality.

Problem Solving :   Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Develop solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term challenges.

Qualifications :

Experience :   Minimum of [X] years of professional experience with React.js and front-end development. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications.

Technical Skills :

• Deep knowledge of React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Leadership :   Proven experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decision-making.

Problem Solving :   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

Communication :   Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education :   Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
