The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong engagement and retention
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calls, to convert leads and re-engage inactive clients
- Provide personalized support and tailored solutions to enhance the client experience
- Monitor trading activity, identify growth opportunities, and guide clients through the onboarding and funding process
- Report and reflect client needs and market feedback to management in a timely manner to help shape service offerings and align with market demand
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on key action items to ensure quality service
Qualifications
Good command in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.Minimum 6 months experience of doing outbound call to convert leads into trading clients in FX industry, ORMinimum 1 year experience of doing outbound call to convert leads into clients in other industryExperience in managing leads using CRM system, preferably salesforceExperience in using phone call system and chat tool system to help in conversionConversion experience must involve converting leads to funded clients or paying customer. Lead generation or Qualifying leads experience is not suitable for this role.Must be able to communicate in Hindi and EnglishAssertive and Eager to identify and suggest opportunities to expand the retail business
