Work Location & Requirement

This is a full-time on-site role based in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office and collaborate closely with internal teams.

As our clients are predominantly Australian Government departments and public sector organisations, the role demands strong familiarity with the Australian context.

Please note : Candidates applying from outside Bangalore must be willing to relocate to Bangalore to take up this position.

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, English, IT, or Public Administration (minimum baseline qualification).
  • Formal training or certification in bid / tender management, proposal writing, or procurement will be an added advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tender Writing Specialist

who is technically savvy, detail-oriented, and confident in navigating the full tender

lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying suitable

opportunities, managing documentation, and preparing high-quality responses for

State Government and related public sector tenders across Australia.

This is a hands-on role requiring excellent written communication, strong

organisational skills, and a proven track record in developing compelling proposals

that meet both compliance and strategic requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Tender Identification : Proactively monitor tender portals (e.g., NSW
  • eTendering, QTenders, VendorPanel, etc.) and identify relevant opportunities

    aligned with our services and offerings.

  • End-to-End Tender Management : Lead the full tender process including
  • planning, writing, coordination with team, submission, and post-submission

    follow-up.

  • Proposal Writing & Content Development : Craft high-quality, tailored
  • responses with strong English language skills, clearly articulating value

    propositions, technical details, methodologies, costing, resource planning and

    project approaches.

  • Technical Understanding : Work closely with technical and delivery teams to
  • understand solutions, gather input, and accurately reflect capability

    statements and project methodology in the submission.

  • Collaboration & Communication : Independently manage tenders but
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders for input and approvals as required.

  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all documentation aligns with
  • mandatory requirements, selection criteria, formatting, and deadlines.

  • Process & Template Management : Maintain and enhance a library of
  • reusable content, templates, case studies, and compliance documents.

  • Quality Control : Proofread and edit tenders for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end tender writing and bid
  • management.

  • Desired previous experience writing and submitting tenders to Australian
  • State or Federal Government departments.

  • Strong grasp of technical writing in areas such as IT, digital platforms,
  • software solutions, infrastructure, or related industries.

  • Superior command of written English, including structure, grammar, and tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage
  • multiple deadlines.

  • Highly organised with strong document management, version control, and
  • attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with tender portals such as NSW eTendering, QTenders, SA
  • Tenders, BuyICT, AusTender , etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Adobe Acrobat, and other document preparation tools.

  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and create a plan
  • Desirable :

  • Knowledge of Australian Government procurement frameworks and
  • evaluation methodologies.

  • Experience working within a technology or digital services company.
  • Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance requirements often seen
  • in government digital programs.
