We are looking for a skilled SAP Business Analyst (Data Migrations) to join our Clients IT Innovation Campus in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll work on implementing and supporting SAP Data Services, with a focus on SAP S / 4 HANA migrations. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth, high-quality data transitions from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities Analyze legacy data structures and define source-to-target mappings for SAP Data Objects

Work with business teams to gather requirements and support data cleansing and enrichment activities

Develop data migration programs using SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, and LSMW

Apply functional knowledge in SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, or FICO

Plan and execute data migration cycles, ensuring test coverage and smooth cutovers

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-load analysis and reports

Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets, and user training materials

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects (preferably S / 4 HANA)

Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, and LSMW

Strong understanding of SAP data structures and business processes (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.)

Proficiency in SQL / SQL Script and basic ABAP debugging

Proven experience in migrating master and transactional data from legacy systems to S / 4 HANA

Nice to Have Experience with SAP Migration Object Modeler and custom object design

Exposure to ABAP coding and debugging
