Position Title : Manager Engineering

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Operations Manager to lead core technology functions that ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of our grocery retail platform. Based in Bangalore, you manage cross-functional teams across DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Quality Engineering (QE), Performance Engineering, Release Engineering, and Database Engineering.

This role is critical to our omnichannel business, supporting both digital and in-store operations. You’ll work with a diverse tech stack deployed across major public cloud platforms including Azure and GCP, ensuring seamless customer experiences for online orders.

Roles & responsibilities :

Engineering Operations Leadership :

• Build and lead teams across DevOps, SRE, QE, Performance, Release, and DB Engineering.
• Develop and execute engineering operations strategy tailored to retail systems.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and application engineering teams to align execution.
