Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Database Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, high-performance database solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering secure, efficient, and reliable data systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement database architectures for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Lead and mentor database teams, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
- Manage databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Sybase, Cassandra, Redis, and Couchbase.
- Oversee database migrations, disaster recovery, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Conduct POCs, performance tuning, and technical solution validation.
- Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting (Unix Shell) for automation and deployment.
