About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Ariba System Support Expert to provide end-to-end support for the Ariba procurement platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ariba modules, procurement processes, and system integrations.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations, resolving incidents, supporting users, and implementing configuration changes to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support for Ariba modules including Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procurement, Contracts, and Invoicing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user queries in a timely manner.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user provisioning, role management, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement improvements.
- Configure and maintain business rules, approval workflows, catalogs, and forms in Ariba.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT) for system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Support SAP-Ariba integration including data mapping, interfaces, and troubleshooting.
- Document system changes, incidents, and resolutions to ensure a robust knowledge base.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and assist with onboarding new users.
- Assist in Ariba patch upgrades, release testing, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data security standards.
Technical Skills Required :
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts, Invoicing).Strong understanding of procurement business processes and workflows.Knowledge of Ariba administration, including user roles, catalog management, and workflow configuration.Experience with SAP Ariba integrations (SAP ERP, SAP S / 4HANA, or other ERP systems).Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, API issues, and interface problems.Familiarity with reporting and analytics in Ariba (custom reports, dashboards).Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) for incident and change management.Basic understanding of SQL queries, XML, or data mapping for integration troubleshooting(ref : hirist.tech)
