Business Development Executive (Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial)

Location : Mumbai / Pune

Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)

  • Experience in Business development preferably for Private customers.
  • Experience in Key account management
  • Planning and formation of strategy to increase market penetration in Southern region in private sector for PMC, QA / QC and TPI services
  • Experience in handling customers from the sectors like Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial etc.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of an organization
  • Proficient in handling techno – commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets
  • Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference
  • Ready to travel across India

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)

Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.

Education

Total Experience : 2 to 4 years

B. Tech (Civil) is must, MBA / Post Graduation would be plus
