We are seeking a Java Automation Test Engineer to join our team.

As a Java Automation Test Engineer, you will play a key role in creating effective acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrating with Continuous Integration (CI) tools, and ensuring the quality of our software development process.

Responsibilities

Create and integrate acceptance and integration test automation scripts with Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins / Bamboo
Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple test paths simultaneously
Contribute to test strategies and frameworks, leveraging your expertise in API and BDD
Participate in test planning and estimations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, usability, compatibility, accessibility, and regression testing
Work collaboratively in an Agile team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software testing process

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in coding Core Java and Selenium

Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)

Expertise in API and BDD frameworks

Experience in building and using automation frameworks with technologies such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, JBehave, Soap UI, REST, JSON, XML, and Eclipse IDE

Proven experience in JBehave or BDD (Cucumber) framework, as well as Functional, Usability, Compatibility, Accessibility, and Regression testing

Knowledge of common tools / technologies used in testing, including SQL, XML, JSON, Fiddler, Postman, and HP ALM

Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles, with basic knowledge of SQL and UNIX

Experience working in an Agile team

Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
