R&D Chemist

[Responsibilities]

Conduct research and development on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related chemical products, focusing on formulation design, performance enhancement, and application development.

Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to evaluate chemical properties under various conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control, and Sales) to drive new product development and resolve technical challenges.

[Qualifications]

Legally authorized to work in India (Required)

Must be able to travel within India for business without restrictions (Required)

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) (Preferred)

5+ years of working experiences as R&D Chemist manager in epoxy or chemical industry (Preferred)

Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
