Job Description

Drive Sales Capability Building & Training - Bancassurance (Axis Bank Channel)

Drive end-to-end sales capability building and training interventions across the Bancassurance - Axis Bank channel to enhance product knowledge, selling effectiveness, customer engagement and overall business productivity of the frontline sales force.

Partner closely with Business Leaders, Cluster Managers, Circle Heads and Sales Managers to identify capability gaps across teams and locations through business performance data, productivity trends, field observations and employee feedback. Design and deliver targeted learning interventions covering product knowledge, need-based selling, objection handling, lead conversion, cross-selling, customer profiling, sales processes and partner-bank engagement.

Track the effectiveness of training interventions through pre- and post-training assessments, productivity metrics, conversion ratios, business achievement, activation levels and individual performance movement. Use these insights to continuously refine training content and identify high-impact interventions that contribute to improved sales productivity, stronger banker engagement and sustainable business performance across the Axis Bank relationship channel.
