Job Description
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner for corporate functions and an emerging business vertical.
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape and implement people strategies aligned to growth objectives.
- Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic projects, talent initiatives, and leadership asks.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and development programs with a hands-on approach.
- Build and manage HR dashboards, analytics, and insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Support organizational design and change management during expansion phases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Travel periodically (approx. 7-10 days every 30-45 days) to operational hubs for business partnering and on-ground execution.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 2 B-school.
- years of end-to-end HRBP experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with numbers.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented - thrives in evolving, unstructured setups.
- Demonstrates agility, resilience, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; comfortable engaging with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to extend support beyond conventional working hours when needed.
