- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, drivers, and required updates.
- Handling Service Desk operations, including incident tickets and service requests.
- LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Local and network printer installation, configuration, and sharing.
- Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- Providing remote support to end users.
- 1 year of experience in IT support.
