Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling)

The Role

We are looking for an SDR who is comfortable on the phone and hungry to build a pipeline. You will be the first voice of Hyper Lychee for prospective clients, starting conversations that turn into long-term staffing and recruitment partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Identify and research prospects across industries
• Build and maintain lead generation sheets, using the data enrichment tools we provide
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls every day to introduce our staffing and recruitment services
• Handle objections, qualify interest and book meetings for our leadership team
• Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes and follow-ups
• Share feedback from the market so we can sharpen our pitch

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent, confident spoken English with a clear and persuasive communication style
• Resilience. You take rejection in stride and keep dialling
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapt and take feedback quickly
• Discipline and consistency in daily outreach and follow-through
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and research tools
• Willingness to work onsite from our North Goa office (Siolim)

Good to Have

• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation or business development
• Exposure to staffing, recruitment or B2B services
