Sprinklr Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Listening, Care,) to support Client’s digital customer experience strategy
• Develop workflows, automation, rules, and dashboards to improve service quality and customer engagement across channels
• Integrate Sprinklr with enterprise platforms (CRM, loyalty, analytics, and data warehouse systems) via APIs and connectors
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Sprinklr solutions
• Ensure Sprinklr configurations align with governance, compliance, and data privacy standards
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and engage with Sprinklr support to resolve incidents
• Provide training, documentation, and best practices to business users for effective platform adoption
• Previous experience in configuring workflows on Live Chat and WhatsApp
