Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational processes and ensure compliance with RBI norms for our NBFC-P2P business. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of NBFC operations, regulatory guidelines, and fintech lending workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NBFC operations including loan processing, disbursement, repayment tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations , P2P lending guidelines, and internal operational policies.
• Liaise with Finance, Credit, Collections, and Technology teams for seamless operational execution.
• Maintain accurate and updated records for regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Monitor transactions, verify data integrity, and support internal / external audit requirements.
• Prepare periodic operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory submission.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Support customer handling related to loan servicing and operational queries.
