Senior AI Engineer

Salesmantu is a revenue operations advisory and a technology company. We are looking to support a client to fill a role for them in AI space.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build Nova’s intelligence core - the models, pipelines, and adaptive agents that drive candidate-role matching, behavioural scoring, and GTM insights.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate the vision into a system capable of autonomous reasoning, continuous learning, and scalable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, train, and deploy LLM-based and graph-based models for talent matching, behavioural analysis, and opportunity scoring.

Build and maintain data ingestion and vectorization pipelines across structured (CRM, ATS) and unstructured (text, conversations, metadata) sources.

Develop agentic workflows for adaptive decision-making (candidate recommendations, engagement scoring, matchmaking).

Design model evaluation frameworks — accuracy, bias, latency, and commercial impact.

Integrate with internal APIs and front-end interfaces for real-time recommendations.

Work with leadership to define the AI strategy roadmap, data architecture, and scaling path.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering. Strong proficiency with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• ⁠Deep experience with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• ⁠Familiarity with graph databases and knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Arango DB) for relationship modelling.
• ⁠Understanding of recommendation engines, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• ⁠Experience deploying models to production (API or microservice environments).
• ⁠Bonus : background in SaaS GTM data, HR tech, or predictive analytics.
