Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Raipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Networking
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to create and execute Strategic Business Plans
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
