Job description

Key Deliverables :

Lead application and engineering of friction brake systems across lifecycle stages
Ensure full compliance with Wabtec, customer, and regulatory specifications
Drive validation, field commissioning, and product reliability resolution
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing initiatives

Role Responsibilities :

Own design, development, and packaging of tread / disc brake systems

Apply thermo-mechanical analysis and support stopping distance evaluations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sourcing, manufacturing, and services

Guide technical direction aligned with product performance and customer needs

Skills Required

Catia, Nx, thermal analysis , Application Engineering
