Investment Banker – Buyside

📍 Hyderabad | 🏦 Bank / NBFC / Fund – Real Estate Sector

We are hiring an Investment Banker – Real Estate Financing for a high-growth financial advisory & investment platform. This is a leadership role with full P&L responsibility, offering faster career progression compared to traditional banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities :

Originate and source real estate financing deals across syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy.
Manage transactions from origination to closure , including due diligence and documentation.
Lead and mentor the buy-side team , ensuring high-quality deliverables (IMs, financial models, presentations, market analysis).
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners .
Provide feedback on transaction documents and negotiate key commercial terms.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience : 4–14 years with Bank / NBFC / AIF in Real Estate financing , or SME / Mid-market wholesale banking.

Education : MBA / Management qualification from a top-tier institute .

Skills :

Strong deal-making, negotiation & relationship-building skills.

Networking, interpersonal, and analytical strengths.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple stakeholders.
