Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced associates for Hotel Representation
to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and promote our hotel
accounts to B2B travel agencies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong B2B agent network and
demonstrate a proven track record in marketing and business development within outbound hotel
chains or Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the distribution
network of hotel accounts within the B2B travel agency sector.
2. Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B travel
agencies to promote our hotel products effectively.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends,
and competitor activities.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
tailored to the needs of B2B travel agencies.
5. Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase hotel
properties and enhance brand visibility.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B travel agencies, ensuring favourable terms and
conditions for both parties.
7. Prepare regular reports and (MIS) to track sales performance, market trends, and feedback.
Present findings and recommendations to clients regularly, highlighting key insights and
opportunities for collaboration and growth.
8. Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to maintain
a competitive edge in the market.
9. Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its values and reputation in
the industry.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a
related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles within
the hospitality industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with B2B
travel agencies.
4. Extensive network of contacts within the B2B travel agency sector, preferably in key markets.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Willingness to travel as required.
