Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated juniors and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, responsible for sourcing, conducting interviews, extending offers, convincing candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with below responsibilities.
Sourcing and Talent Pooling : Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Interviews : Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles and provide constructive feedback.
Onboarding : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand compensation expectations and prepare competitive job offers.
Present offers to candidates, addressing questions and concerns, and negotiate terms when necessary. Effectively communicate the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities to candidates. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying a compelling narrative to attract top talent. Facilitate the completion of necessary documentation and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stats and Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates and maintain open communication to address candidate concerns. Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
KPIs : Time-to-fill for open positions. Offer acceptance rate. Onboarding success rate. Quality of candidate pool.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
