Media Buyer / Influencer Manager

Job descriptionExperience in sports betting, entertainment, or other high-risk industries. Talent Scouting : Identify and evaluate potential YouTube and social media creators (sports, lifestyle, tech, entertainment) relevant to the brand. Outreach & Collaboration : Initiate contact, pitch collaborations, negotiate deals, and manage creator relationships and agreements. Campaign Management : Prepare creative briefs, review content, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns. Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign performance (views, clicks, FTDs), analyze results, calculate ROI, and report to the Marketing Manager. Admin & Payments : Maintain influencer database, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments upon campaign completion. Fully remote position, 5 / 2 schedule. 50,000 INR fixed monthly salary during the probation period, plus performance-based bonuses after probation. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Media Buyer / Influencer Manager in India to join a growing international iGaming project.
Requirements :
- Excellent knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube (must-have), Telegram, and Instagram as advertising or influencer marketing channels.
- Experience in the Indian market in similar positions is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
