Job descriptionAs an Appian Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Appian. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide the development team, and ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions. Lead the development and configuration of Appian applications including forms, reports, and interface components Guide systems integration efforts and ensure seamless connectivity with external systems Translate business requirements into technical architecture and workflows Work closely with users to gather, refine, and validate requirements Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Develop and maintain Appian plugins, smart services, and reusable components Implement and optimize UI components and Connect Systems We’re looking for a hands-on Appian expert with leadership capabilities and a strong understanding of enterprise application development. 12+ years of recent experience as an Appian Developer 7+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and integrating systems Experience with Appian forms, reports, logic, and interface components 5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience developing Appian Plugins, Smart Services, and Connect Systems Broad understanding of the technology ecosystem and industry trends Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We support hybrid work and flexible hours to fit diverse lifestyles.
