Role & Responsibility :
We are looking for a seeking a Junior Website Administrator / Hosting Support Engineer to assist with the ongoing management of client websites, hosting environments, and domain-related services. This is a foundational, full-time technical position suited for someone with basic to intermediate experience in web administration who can work efficiently under direct supervision. The selected candidate will support day-to-day website maintenance, handle DNS and hosting configurations, and ensure consistent uptime and performance across multiple client environments.
Skills :
- 2+ years with website hosting, management, and DNS configuration
- Familiarity with common control panels (cPanel, Plesk) and cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Basic understanding of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and file management via FTP or SFTP
- Ability to troubleshoot domain, SSL, or website issues methodically
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated but comfortable following direct supervision
