Role : Relationship Manager -Home Loan
Location : Kurla West -Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Portfolio Management & Growth :
Maintain and grow an existing customer base; identify and acquire new clients.
Cross‑sell / upsell home loan products, housing improvement loans, plot finance etc.
Customer Relationship & Servicing :
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their housing finance needs.
Interface with customers to collect necessary documentation, conduct financial assessment, assist in loan application process.
Ensure excellent service delivery : respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Business Development :
Generate leads via field visits, local market mapping, channel partners, real estate agents, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers and understand local demand.
Target Achievement :
Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly, quarterly).
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead‑to‑loan conversion, application disbursal velocity, collection efficiency etc.
Coordination & Compliance :
Liaise with in‑house Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure documentation, valuation, and legal checks are done timely.
Ensure compliance with KYC / regulatory norms, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
