We're looking for a mixed-methods research intern to understand user behaviors and Generate Insights that shape product decisions and roadmaps. You'll lead a high-impact project, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to bring structure and clarity to key business decisions and the product roadmap.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives : Own the full research lifecycle from identifying research questions aligned with business goals to delivering strategic, impactful recommendations.
- Plan and execute mixed-method studies : Choose the right methods (and mix of methods) for each research question, using triangulation to generate compelling Insights.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research : Run interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, log analysis, and more across the product lifecycle with minimal supervision.
- Translate research into product direction : Turn complex findings into clear, actionable Insights that inform product development and broader business strategy.
- Collaborate across teams : Work closely with product, design, growth, and business teams to ensure insights are aligned with execution.
- Present insights effectively : Share findings in the right formats for different stakeholders -presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions.
