We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can translate consumer insights and market trends into impactful strategies, compelling communication, and successful product launches. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
6–7 years of core FMCG / D2C marketing experience (1–2 years in sales is a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Marketing Strategy & Planning :
Execute annual strategic plans to increase market share and achieve growth targets
Identify opportunities for new products or extensions into new customer segments
Collaborate with research teams to gather consumer insights and develop relevant concepts
Support the sales team in marketing initiatives
Monitor competitors, pricing changes, acquisitions, and new product features
Campaigns & Communication :
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across channels
Develop ATL & BTL marketing strategies and communication plans
Oversee marketing materials, from digital banners to brochures
Develop in-store communication strategies (POS, promotions, loyalty programs)
Work closely with marketing, design, sales, creative, and media teams to ensure brand consistency
Product Launches :
Execute product launches, including communication, pricing, consumer engagement, and brand-building initiatives
Digital Marketing :
Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (events, emails, web, and promotions)
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
New Product Development :
Support new product development initiatives
Provide inputs on packaging and pricing strategies
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
6–7 years of core FMCG marketing experience, with 1–2 years of prior sales experience as a bonus
Strong digital marketing experience
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent knowledge of online and offline marketing channels
Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
