About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Growth Associate to join our team and help drive enterprise sales at Ayna. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands, manage client relationships, and play a key part in scaling our AI-driven fashion-tech solutions.

You’ll gain first-hand experience in enterprise sales, work directly with the leadership team, and contribute to how Ayna grows with some of the biggest names in fashion and retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—across enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver impactful pitches, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to align client needs with business goals.
