The Senior Change Management Consultant will execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• PM and land execution of change management framework, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake and resistance.
• Initiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoption
• Develop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoption
• Provide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progress
• Maintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectations
