Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fashion Designer, based in Delhi NCR with some flexibility for work from home. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing new collections, including embroidery, textiles, sourcing, pattern making and fittings. Day-to-day tasks will involve sketching, creating mood boards, researching fashion trends, selecting fabrics and materials, and collaborating with the production team to ensure the final product meets the brand's high standards. The role also includes managing design projects from conception to completion and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Skills in Fashion Design and Textiles

Experience with Embroidery, Pattern Making, Sourcing and Fitting.

Creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into designs

Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
