Description
- The Functional Analyst is responsible for capturing and documenting the full range of requirements, translating these requirements into system specific functional specifications to enable solution development, analysing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.
- They are also responsible for the production of business-facing documentation such as Business Requirement document, Design Specification Document, user manuals and solution briefs for L3 request raise by Business for enhancements.

General Skills
Undergraduate Degree from an university with IT or economics major or equivalent diploma / work experience (qualified banker preferable)Several years of professional experience in business analysis in the financial services sectorTechno-funtional skills are preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving experienceExperience handling of the test procedure modelKnowledge about the core tools and processes,e.g.HP Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, Service Now.Knowledge of Application Lifecycles – Waterfall and Agile, is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery.Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfilment in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibilityFluent English language skills.German language skills will be an added advantage.Domain Specific Skills
