Job Title : Senior Technical Analyst

Location : Thrissur, India

This is a highly visible CRM implementation project with aggressive timelines. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running on day 1 and work closely with business data stewards in understanding requirements and creating system requirement specs.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Data Analysis, SQL, and PL / SQL, as well as experience in Master Data Management (preferably in the Customer domain). Fluency in English and ability to communicate with internal / external stakeholders is also essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Query database and perform data validations and data testing
• Write test cases and test scenarios
• Perform regression testing
• Document defects in JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve risks / issues
