Profile-Purchase & Logistics Executive
Experience : 1–3 years
Salary Range :
₹3 – 5 LPA ( Depends on interview )
Working Days- 6 days (9 : 30 am – 6 : 30 pm)
Qualification :
B.E in Electrical / Any Graduate with relevant experience
Job Responsibilities :
Purchase
electrical components, equipment, and materials
for commercial SITC projects (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning).
Prepare, issue, and manage
Purchase Orders (POs)
and ensure timely approval and release.
Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time availability of materials at project sites.
Coordinate
logistics and transportation
for electrical equipment and materials.
Maintain and enhance relationships with
local electrical equipment suppliers
and OEM vendors.
Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules , and contract terms with vendors.
Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for items such as
cables, switchgear, lighting fixtures, control panels , and other essential electrical components.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor details, and delivery status.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
Understanding of
electrical materials, switchgear, cables, lighting, and control panels .
Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work with project teams to forecast material requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP / software tools (preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Prior experience in procurement and logistics for
electrical or construction projects .
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building and vendor-handling skills.
