Role Purpose :
Drive revenue growth for consumer campaigns by offering strategic, high-impact creative solutions to Brand and Marketing leaders. The role combines consultative sales expertise with campaign planning to deliver measurable ROI across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own revenue and pipeline targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-ups.
- Lead consultative solution selling by understanding client objectives and designing campaign mechanics (on-pack, cashback, gamification, sweepstakes) and media mixes (ATL / BTL / Digital / Retail).
- Manage complex enterprise deals involving cross-functional stakeholders—Brand, Procurement, Legal, and CXO levels.
- Build and grow key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery outcomes and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis on category trends, media spends, and performance metrics to refine offerings.
- Mentor and guide a small sales team on deal strategy, proposal creation, and storytelling.
Requirements :
10–12 years in B2B consultative sales and Media Sales with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Strong background in media or marketing solution sales with proven campaign ROI expertise.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English and one Indian language.Open to frequent travel (up to 50%).
