Role Objective

Build and elevate the personal brands of founders - and the brands they lead - through strategic thought leadership, editorial storytelling, and narrative-driven content across channels.

What You Will Do

1. Founder Personal Branding

  • Develop positioning, voice, messaging frameworks, and unique content angles
  • Create thought leadership content, LinkedIn posts, Instagram storytelling, and long-form articles

2. Brand Editorial & Copy

  • Own brand voice across social media, decks, collateral, packaging, campaigns, and IP initiatives
  • Build strategic content calendars aligned with business and brand goals

    • 3. Research & Strategy

  • Translate industry insights, F&B culture, and brand strategy into meaningful, audience-focused narratives
  • Track content performance, and evolve storytelling formats continuously

    • 4. Collaboration

  • Work closely with strategists, designers, and content production partners to ensure world-class creative execution

    • Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in editorial writing, business storytelling, content strategy
  • Journalism background will be highly preferred
  • Strong command of structure, clarity, grammar, and narrative flow
  • Research-driven and audience-obsessed with high accountability for originality
  • Digitally aware - understands personal branding trends on LinkedIn & Instagram
