About the Role

The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat . This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the gems & jewellery retail business. The candidate will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, implement brand standards, and manage store teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

• Achieve sales targets and profitability across all stores in the cluster.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, footfall, conversion ratio, ASP (average selling price), inventory turnover, etc.
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.
