✈️ Sales Manager – Travel Services

Location : Delhi (Corporate Office)

Full-Time | Experience : 4+ Years

Leadership Role | TMC - Corporate Travel Management company

Are you a seasoned TRS Sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional corporate experiences? We are seeking a Sales Manager –TRAVEL SERVICES to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India Corporate travel vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.

What You’ll Do : Business & Strategy

  • Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals
  • Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews
  • Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Own and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographies
  • Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure revenue goals are met
  • Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Event Leadership

  • Oversee the execution of end-to-end TRS—budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review
  • Manage centralized sales operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency
  • Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-time
  • Market Insight & Collaboration

  • Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignment
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 4+ years in TRS Sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Industry Background : Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate / Event Management firm
  • Education : Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA preferred
  • Skills :

  • Executive-level Client Engagement
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication & Contracting Skills
  • Passion for Events, Travel, and Operational Excellence
