About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Engineer (Platforms) who can drive initiatives that improve developer experience (DevEx), accelerate release cycles, and build scalable internal platforms. This role is a mix of hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and strategy, with strong emphasis on building tools, frameworks, and platforms that directly impact developer velocity.

What you will do

• Lead the Platform Engineering (Developer productivity) team, setting up the vision and execution roadmap.
• Design and build internal tools / platforms that optimize CI / CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, AWS, ephemeral environments, service monitoring tools).
• Partner with engineering leaders to align developer experience initiatives with org-wide goals & OKRs.
• Champion best practices around continuous delivery, developer efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Evangelize team’s work internally (workshops, training, cross-team adoption) and externally (conferences, blogs, OSS).
• Mentor engineers, foster innovation, and build a culture of experimentation & learning.
