The MasterCard Data & Services Operational Insights Program Global Product Management team is seeking an accomplished technology-focused Product Manager to support the evolution of its products. This person will be part of a team of product managers that oversee key activities including execution of the product strategy, management of the roadmap, shaping the product platform architecture and the creation of technical requirements leading to building and commercialisation of products and services.
This individual will partner closely with other Global Product Management team members to support the development of the product strategy and ensure product priorities are well-aligned with commercial objectives. This individual will also be the key collaborator with the Platform team to shape the long-term technical vision for the product and ensure efficient development execution.

Proficient agile product management experience in analytical products and business intelligence solutionsExtensive experience in managing analytical solutions designed for payments or related financial services sectors preferredAnalytical, solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to drive thought leadershipExperience designing, executing, and distilling user research to drive value for the customer, an outstanding user experience and stickinessRequires minimal supervision / assistanceKeen understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends in the data monetization, self-service analytics and predictive insights space, and the ability to translate that understanding into meaningful actions and enhancementsProven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and featuresExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interface with clientsHighly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing prioritiesKnowledge and skills using product management tools, (e.g., market and product plans, project timelines, marketing research, pricing, business case development)Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experienceTechnical background (e.g., Computer Science or related field) a plusExperience in the payments industry with data insights a plusCertifications in product management and agile processes will be an added advantageAn advanced degree is helpfulCorporate Security Responsibility
